Daniel R. Richardson, Esq.

Dan began practicing law in 1993 in the San Francisco Bay Area. While practicing law, Dan was approached many times with immigration problems, so in order to better assist his clients and the diversity needs of the Bay Area community, he decided to add immigration matters to his practice.
Beginning in 2002, Dan began practicing immigration law. His experience is both deportation defense and helping clients get Lawful Permanent Residence (green cards). He has helped clients with a spouse adjust their status to green card. He has also helped United States Citizens or Lawful Permanent Residents petition and bring their fiance or spouse to the United States to get their green card after entry.
Dan regularly represents clients in defending them against deportation/removal from the united States in the Immigration Court (Executive Office for Immigration Review, or EOIR). He also represents clients at the Asylum Office when they are eligible for that relief.
