Why the big focus on diversity? Wouldn't focusing on what we have in common make us stronger?
Sure-everyone brings different talents, ideas, cultures to the table, but doesn't focusing so much on what makes us different creates seperation?
In any country, why don't we try focusing on what we have in common like citizenship, community service, dreams, ideas, goals...?

Question: If I just submitted my application for naturalization, can I still travel out of the US while I wait for the application's approval?
