What do immigration attorneys actually do?
I am planning on applying for law school soon, and I think I want to go into immigration law. The problem is, I have an idea in my head of what an immigration attorney does all day, but that might not necessarily be the reality of the job. Are there any immigration attorneys who can tell me how they spend their day?

Can a divorce in case of temporary residence card through marriage force a deporation? If so what cases?
I've been married to a U.S. citizen for over a year. I have been kind to her but she always creates problems and now threatens me that I can be deported for some extermely minor things. If a divoce is carried out in this case, what are the chances of deportation? [...]
