U.S. Consulate spokesman Joseph L. Crook said the men were waiting in line in their vehicle early Monday (April 4, 2011) almost half a mile from the San Ysidro crossing, one of the world's busiest ports of entry.  The two men were American citizens who lived in Mexico and worked in the United States.
